Platform Housing Group is seeking a Neighbourhood Officer to join our Localities team, providing a comprehensive housing management service in the Droitwich area. You will work hands-on with customers to promote sustainable tenancies and build strong community relationships.

The role involves regular estate visits, collaborating with agencies, maintaining records, and addressing tenancy issues such as ASB and safeguarding. A driving licence and travel around the patch are essential.

Competenze

• Experience in the social housing sector, with tenancy management, ASB and safeguarding.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel.
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach.

Mansioni

• Visit customers to provide advice and review tenancies.
• Inspect estates and report health and safety or safeguarding concerns.
• Develop strong relationships with local communities and other agencies.
• Maintain accurate customer, tenancy and case records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist with tenancy signups and accompanied viewings for new homes.
