Job summary

CPM United Kingdom Limited is seeking a Sales Executive for a field-based role covering Coatbridge, Glasgow and surrounding areas. You will visit retailers daily, driving a manual company van stocked with products, while growing the range carried and increasing in-store visibility.

You’ll work to achieve defined sales KPIs and targets, with a quarterly bonus potential. A full UK driving licence is required, and you’ll engage with retailers across multiple formats to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Field-based, KPI-driven sales role.

Responsibilities

• Visit retailers including Premier, Londis, SPAR, Best-one and independent convenience stores, as well as wholesale depots such as Bestway.
• Sell stock directly into retailers and grow the range stocked in each store.
• Work towards clearly defined sales KPIs and targets.
• Identify sales opportunities and confidently asking for the sale.
• Merchandise products and increase visibility in-store.
• Build strong relationships with store owners and key decision-makers.
• Manage your own stock and drive a manual company van across your territory.
• Take ownership of your territory and use data to identify growth opportunities.
• Attend a Cash & Carry activation approximately once per month.
