Job summary

Moove AV is seeking a Field Finance Manager to work closely with the General Manager, providing financial support for market expansion and establishing scalable SOPs during early operations. You will liaise with the corporate finance team to clarify forecasts and drive planning cycles.

You will report to the Head of Finance and help ensure data-driven oversight for local leadership, enabling cost control, budgeting, and strategic investment decisions as the business scales globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field. MBA or CFA a plus.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in finance, with a preference for field finance, regional management, or operational finance roles.
• Industry background in mobility, autonomous vehicles, rideshare, logistics, or fleet-based operations is a meaningful plus.
• Proven experience managing cross-border financial operations and international expansion within a global tech or fleet management enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Regional Business Partnering: provide data-driven insights to support market expansion and efficiency.
• Create and manage regional financial statements, forecasts, and budgets.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and performance analysis to regional teams.
• Bridge between regional operations and central finance to align on goals and reporting standards.
• Foundational Operations & Setup: lead initial financial setup of new regional entities and establish local processes.
• Develop and implement SOPs for financial management and reporting at field level.
• Manage transactional work (AP/AR) during startup and vendor onboarding.
• Business Partnering: evaluate market opportunities and fleet optimization initiatives.
• Translate KPIs (vehicles, utilization) into financial projections and actionable insights.
