Job summary

Moove AV is seeking a Program / CI Manager to own fleet health monitoring, safety and efficiency reporting, and operational excellence programs across Moove AV Fleet services. You will collaborate with General Managers and central teams to optimize performance, reduce costs, and drive scalable improvements.

Ideal candidates bring strong program management, data analysis, and change management experience, with willingness to work outside standard hours and travel up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant program management experience in operations, strategy, and planning.
• Experience delivering complex projects with Six Sigma/lean approaches preferred.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fleet health, safety, and efficiency metrics and report findings.
• Lead cross-departmental projects to improve on-ground operations.
• Develop standard operating and change management processes.
• Identify trends and run pilots to improve performance.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure proper processes and escalation paths.
• Lead change management and communications for complex programs.
