Job summary

Outsourcery is seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to build and lead the day-to-day finance function for a fast-growing, remote-enabled business. You will own accounting, reporting, budgeting and cash flow while partnering with the CEO and Finance Director to drive international growth.

You will transform finance processes, automate where possible, and support consolidated reporting across multiple entities and currencies.

Qualifications

Qualified or nearly qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with post-qualification experience preferred.
Experience in a product-based SME or fast-paced scale-up environment.
Experience with multiple entities, currencies and international operations is beneficial.
Ability to implement and automate finance processes and systems.

Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day finance function including AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations and month-end processes.
Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management with regular financial insight.
Transform finance to a more internal, scalable function and oversee ERP implementation.
Support international growth, consolidation, FX, and international tax considerations.
Partner with founders and leadership for strategic planning and board reporting.
Ensure robust financial controls and liaison with external accountants and advisers.
