Job summary

Moove AV is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Manager (AVOM) for Ride Hailing Operations. You will own the daily operational rhythm of our on-road fleet, ensuring safety, readiness, and uptime across multiple depots.

Lead a high-performing team, coordinate schedules, and guarantee compliant, efficient operations aligned with partner SOPs. You will drive performance, oversee KPI adherence, and push for continuous improvements in safety, process, and staffing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of team operations management experience in fleet, mobility or logistics. Autonomous vehicle experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to work outside standard hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Lean Six-Sigma / continuous improvement experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and own performance against KPIs and targets.
• Provide day-to-day fleet oversight across sites.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and ops efficiency projects.
• Build and coach a high-performing team with succession planning.
• Ensure training aligns with Moove AV and partner standards.
• Maintain safety standards and SOP adherence.
