Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Operations, Fleet, Mobility, or Logistics Management.
• 2+ years experience leading and managing teams through training, coaching, and feedback.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate data into actions.
• Lean Six-Sigma and continuous improvement mindset desirable.
• Must be authorized to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily Ride Hail Operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant fleet activities.
• Supervise daily activities of Fleet Deployment Specialists, AV Cleaners, and Calibration Associates; ensure performance, safety, and quality.
• Conduct daily quality checks to identify gaps, issues, or bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in train-the-trainer programs; identify training gaps and coordinate improvements with the training team.
• Monitor and report on operational KPIs; use data analytics to drive improvements.
• Maintain adherence to Ride Hailing, Maintenance, Safety, and Environmental SOPs.
• Serve as escalation point for incidents; lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with training, safety, and leadership to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Present findings and improvement plans to leadership.
• Coach and develop team members through feedback and skill-building.
• Support continuous improvement projects to enhance fleet availability and employee experience.
