Job summary

Circet UK is hiring a Service Delivery Technician to join our team in Dumbarton. You will organize daily work, perform fibre installations and site inspections, and ensure high customer service standards while working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications include a UK driving licence, DBS check, and strong health and safety practices. Training is provided for telecoms experience, and the role requires the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of demanding outdoor work, including lifting and climbing.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Basic DBS check.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills across technical levels.
• Telecoms experience preferred; full training provided.
• Good understanding of health and safety practices.
• Full right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Organise daily and weekly work schedule for fibre installations and repairs.
• Work outdoors in a demanding role and adverse weather.
• Maintain high standards of customer service with residents and clients.
• Perform full fibre installations, including surveying, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility and provide risk assessments.
• Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Adhere to Circet safety standards and identify risks.
• Resolve client and customer complaints promptly.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
