Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Field Engineering Manager to lead a UAE‑facing team of pre‑sales solutions architects and engineers. You will coach sales and pre‑sales teams, communicate complex, value‑driven solutions, and influence large enterprise accounts across the UAE market.

You will hire and mentor the UAE team, promote a customer‑obsessed, collaborative culture and drive ROI of field engineering in complex sales cycles. Strong leadership and bilingual fluency in Arabic and English are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Big Data, cloud or SaaS teams.
• Experience in UAE market or similar regional environments.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; strong communication and leadership.
