Job summary

TÜV SÜD Ltd. is seeking an Engineer Surveyor to perform statutory inspections across sites in the Birmingham to Leicester region. You will plan routes with the team to ensure timely delivery of inspections and maintain high service standards.

The role requires lifting equipment expertise, a mechanical/electrical background, and a valid UK driving licence. Hybrid/onsite field work and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• NVQ 3 or equivalent in mechanical/electrical field.
• Experience carrying out inspection work on lifting equipment.
• Familiarity with statutory regulations (LOLER/PUWER) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inspections/examinations of lifting equipment and accessories in accordance with all statutory regulations.
• Carry out LOLER / PUWER inspection on various types of Lifting Equipment.
• Complete site inspection reports in line with applicable Regulations.
• Building rapport with clients, providing excellent customer service.
• Adhering to Quality, Health, Safety and Environment regulations.
• A team player with a positive attitude; able to work unsupervised.
