Job summary

Lyreco Group is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, commission, maintain and repair dispensing and dosing equipment across Surrey and surrounding areas. You will also handle installation, testing, fault diagnosis, parts sourcing, and maintaining van stock, with regular reporting to the Technical Customer Services Team.

Key requirements include IT proficiency (MS Office), ability to read diagrams, plumbing basics, 2-5 years in dispensing equipment, a full UK driving licence, and strong

Qualifications

• Install, commission, and service dispensing and dosing equipment.
• Read diagrams and perform basic electrical/plumbing tasks.
• 2–5 years in dispensing equipment is highly desirable.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain and repair dispensing and dosing equipment.
• Install and unpack equipment and perform servicing on behalf of clients.
• Test and QA checks to ensure equipment meets design specs.
• Diagnose faults, organise repairs, and raise quotes for parts.
• Return warranty parts to supplier and manage stock on visits.
• Complete electronic job sheets after each site visit.
• Maintain regular contact with the Technical Customer Services Team.
• Manage van stock and report on usage.
