Job summary

CHG Electrical is seeking a Field Electrical Project Engineer to support delivery across water and wastewater infrastructure. The role sits between office, project teams and live sites, ensuring electrical systems are installed, tested and commissioned safely and to specification.

You'll work across Sheffield and wider UK sites, coordinating RAMS, procuring equipment and resolving technical challenges throughout design, installation and handover stages.

Qualifications

• Proven electrical project delivery experience.
• Experience on site installation and commissioning.
• Familiarity with RAMS preparation and review.
• Knowledge of WIMES and BS 7671 standards.
• Experience with LV systems, MCCs and ICA equipment.

Responsibilities

• Review electrical designs and specifications to meet project needs.
• Coordinate installation activities with site teams and subcontractors.
• Assist in RAMS creation and risk management processes.
