Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. is seeking a Development Services Representative to cover Suffolk and Norfolk on a 12-month secondment.

The role involves regular on-site visits to meet developers, contractors and customers, explaining drainage requirements and ensuring work meets standards and safety guidelines. You will work with our Drainage Field Team, develop the technical knowledge on drainage design and law, and help keep our networks safe and reliable while assisting customers and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Highly organized with the ability to plan visits and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable presenting to customers and discussing drainage applications.
• Solid IT literacy and ability to use field devices and reporting systems.
• Understanding of health and safety legislation in field work.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge for drainage design and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Visit active development sites and meet customers on site.
• Explain drainage requirements and assess applications for standards and compliance.
• Support safe, reliable drainage networks and protect assets.
• Investigate issues like unwanted water or pollution risks with colleagues.
