Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. is seeking a Development Services Representative for a 12-month secondment in the Drainage Field Team.

The role is based on-site in Suffolk/Norfolk, with training and support to develop technical knowledge and confidence in drainage asset development, connections and maintenance. You will work directly with customers, developers and contractors, ensuring work meets required standards while communicating clearly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Extremely organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to interact with developers, contractors and customers.
• Strong IT skills and ability to use field tech tools.
• Able to plan, prioritise and manage workload independently.
• Understanding of health and safety legislation is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Spend time on site with developers, contractors and customers building drainage assets.
• Explain what is required and ensure work meets standards and safety requirements.
• Investigate issues like unwanted water entering drainage networks.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve problems and bring projects to completion.
• Help shape the customer experience during site visits.
