YTL UK is recruiting for a Planning Liaison Technical Coordinator in Bath to engage with developers, councils, and the public on new development related to water supply and sewerage. The role sits in the Developer Services department and acts as a central point of contact for diverse stakeholders.

The candidate will triage enquiries, circulate applications for comments, and provide technical responses for minor schemes, while supporting the Planning Liaison Manager on policy and population

Qualifikationen

• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to draft well-written responses.
• Willing to learn diverse technical skills and explore GIS databases.
• Interest in UK Planning system and development of communities.

Aufgaben

• Triage planning liaison and network capacity enquiries from the public, developers and local planning authorities relating to water supply and sewerage.
• Administer and circulate planning applications and developer enquiries for comment by other technical specialists within the business.
• Provide technical responses relating to water supply and sewerage matters to developers and local planning authorities for minor schemes (10 dwellings or less).
• Provide support to Planning Liaison Manager on new development proposals, planning policy, strategic development plans and population projections for other parts of the business.
