This is a hands-on, dynamic role where you’ll solve complex technical challenges in real-world environments.

Your work will directly contribute to the success of our customers, missions and shape the future of our technology. • Integrate and validate cutting-edge technology, from new hardware payloads and sensors to advanced communication systems (Tactical Radio, 5G, SatCom).
  • Become a product expert, providing hands‑on technical training to empower users and partners.
  • Manage and maintain critical high‑voltage battery systems, ensuring safety and operational readiness.
  • Act as the crucial feedback loop to our engineering teams in Germany, directly shaping the future of our platforms based on your field insights.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and build strong relationships.
  • A proactive, self‑starter mindset, with the resilience to solve problems independently in challenging field environments.
  • The flexibility and willingness to travel regularly to customer locations across the UK and occasionally to our HQ in Germany.
  • Experience with tactical communication systems, high‑voltage batteries, or working within the UK defence sector is a significant plus, but not a requirement.
  • Fluency in English.
