Lilli is seeking a practical Field Care Technologist to join the team in a hybrid role, split between home-based work, customer visits, and time at the Pulborough office. You will install, configure and support Lilli's home monitoring technology, and perform assessments for referrals.

Many visits involve working with older adults and vulnerable customers, so you will be calm, respectful and clear when explaining tech and processes.

Formación

• Confident with home technology, including routers, Wi-Fi and connected devices.
• Strong attention to detail and practical mindset.
• Clear communicator with a calm, reassuring manner.
• Experience working with vulnerable people is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process referrals and book installations, repairs and collections by phone.
• Install Lilli equipment safely in customers' homes and perform minor setup tasks.
• Pair and provision IoT devices, and test systems before leaving.
• Set up the Lilli mobile app for customers and family members.
• Troubleshoot basic connectivity and setup issues.
• Remove or replace equipment when required.
• Carry out assessments as part of referrals and installations.
• Maintain accurate notes in HubSpot CRM and report incidents as per guidelines.
• Manage daily schedule and keep stock organized.
• Relay customer feedback to the team.
