Job summary

Lilli is seeking a Care Technologist to join a hybrid team that splits time between working from home, visiting customers’ homes and our Pulborough office. You’ll install and configure Lilli technology, test setups, and help families understand the devices. You’ll also book installations and manage referrals with care and professionalism.

You’ll work with vulnerable customers, explaining solutions calmly and clearly, while keeping HubSpot notes up to date and coordinating with the wider team.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisting vulnerable customers with care technology.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Willing to travel to customers' homes across Bromley area.

Responsibilities

• Book installations, repairs and collections by phone.
• Install equipment safely in customers' homes.
• Pair and provision IoT devices and test setups.
• Set up the Lilli mobile app for customers and family.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and setup issues.
• Carry out assessments as part of referrals.
• Keep referral and installation notes in HubSpot CRM.
• Report incidents and manage daily schedules.
• Pass customer feedback to the team.
