Home Instead in Sheffield is seeking a dedicated Field Care Supervisor to join our team, ensuring safe, compassionate and high-quality care for clients at home. You will supervise care professionals, visit clients, and help maintain personalised care plans, with a focus on dignity and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence and access to reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Care Professionals to maintain high care standards.
• Conduct regular home visits and care quality checks.
• Develop, review and update personalised care plans.
• Build relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals.
• Assist with staff rosters and scheduling to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide on-call support for urgent situations.
• Conduct staff supervisions and appraisals to identify training needs.
• Promote safeguarding, health, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure care records and reports are accurate and up-to-date.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of care services and practices.
