Job summary

Novus Care Limited is seeking a Domiciliary Field Care Supervisor to support care staff, ensure service excellence, and work with the Registered Manager to maintain compliance and drive quality in the Canvey Island area.

You will supervise care delivery, conduct risk assessments with clients, update person-centred care plans, liaise with families and GPs, monitor medication, assist with audits, and participate in the on-call rota (paid) to prevent service disruption.
