Job summary

Care In My Home is seeking a dedicated Field Care Supervisor to oversee the quality of community care. You’ll be out and about supporting carers, conducting spot checks, completing reviews, and ensuring care delivered with dignity and consistency.

In this role you will mentor junior carers, carry out risk assessments, update care plans, and provide hands-on support when needed. A driver with own car is essential to cover diverse client locations across the area.

Qualifications

• Experience in domiciliary care, ideally as a Senior Carer or Supervisor.
• Strong people and communication skills.
• NVQ Level 3 or working towards.
• Driver with own car (essential).

Responsibilities

• Carry out spot checks, supervisions, and client reviews.
• Train and mentor new carers in the field.
• Complete risk assessments and care plan updates.
• Provide hands-on care support if needed.
• Report concerns and ensure best practice is followed.
• Support rota team with care cover when required.
