Job summary

Home Instead Brighton, Hove and Shoreham is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to support Care Professionals and uphold high-quality client care. You will supervise staff, ensure care plans are followed, and maintain compliance with organisational standards while coordinating with the office team.

Core hours are 9am-5pm on weekdays with occasional evenings and weekends. A driving licence and own vehicle are essential for field work.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for person-centred quality care.
• Experience of care provision, ideally a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
• Office administration skills and computer literate.
• Supervisory experience.
• Communicates easily and builds trust quickly.
• Organised, reliable and happy to adapt to change.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Right to Work in UK (please note this is not a sponsorship position).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance: Coach, observe and mentor new Care Professionals, and carry out competency checks.
• Carry out spot checks with care professionals to ensure best practice.
• Ensure compliance with Home Instead standards and review care plans.
• Audit care plan records and suggest enhancements.
• Utilise IT systems for documentation, reporting and communication.
