Job summary

Universal Care Services is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to join our community care team in the UK. You will lead field-based care delivery, ensuring person-centred approaches and safeguarding standards while supporting carers to achieve excellent service outcomes.

The role requires a driving licence, willingness to travel within the region, and a commitment to ongoing training and professional development. This is a full-time, field-based position with competitive pay and mileage support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete care assessments, reviews, spot checks and observations.
• Monitor care quality and support improvements.
• Review care plans, risk assessments and records.
• Manage safeguarding, incidents and complaints appropriately.
• Conduct audits and support CQC compliance.
• Coach and develop care colleagues to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with service users, families and healthcare professionals.
