Job summary

Universal Care Services is seeking a proactive Field Care Supervisor to deliver high-quality, person-centred community care. The role supports carers, coordinates care plans, and ensures safe practices across the region.

You will review plans, conduct assessments, and lead safeguarding and compliance activities while travelling within the area. A UK driving licence is essential, and there is no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Experience within health and social care is required.
• Strong understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Completing care assessments, reviews, spot checks and competency observations.
• Monitoring care quality and supporting continuous improvement.
• Reviewing care plans, risk assessments and care records.
• Managing safeguarding concerns, incidents and complaints appropriately.
• Coaching and developing care colleagues to maintain high standards.
• Working closely with service users, families and healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
