Caremark in the United Kingdom is seeking a Field Care Supervisor (CMF115E) to implement field-based quality control systems and support Care & Support Workers within a defined area.

This role requires conducting Individual Needs Assessments, coordinating visits, maintaining schedules, and providing in-field training and supervision to ensure high-quality home care. You will spend most of your time in the field with limited office work.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Individual Needs Assessments for new and potential clients.
• Conduct risk assessments as part of the I.N.A., updating them as required.
• Carry out introductory visits for new client visits by Care & Support Workers.
• Ensure all client visits are covered and on-call in case of emergency.
• Liaise with Care Coordinators regarding recruitment and allocations.
• Identify suitable Care & Support Workers to cover absences and arrange replacements.
• Facilitate induction and in-field training for new workers.
• Identify additional training needs and report accordingly.
• Conduct client reviews and respond to feedback promptly.
• Monitor schedules and changes in clients or workers' plans with Care Coordinators.
• Supervise and mentor all Care & Support Workers in the field.
• Maintain accurate documentation in clients’ homes and encourage professional development.
• Maintain liaison with Care Manager and Care Coordinator.
