The role requires 40 hours per week, on-call duties, a full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK. Join a rapidly expanding family-owned provider delivering home care and related services across England.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care at a supervisory level.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including on-call duties.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Carry out care assessments and regular reviews.
• Monitor the wellbeing and safety of clients.
• Support and develop care staff through guidance and regular supervision.
• Help foster a culture where people feel comfortable raising concerns and sharing ideas.
• Ensure safeguarding practices and safety standards are consistently upheld.
