Responsibilities

• Supervise carers and ensure safety and quality of care
• Meet & greet new packages
• Create and review care plans
• Audit MAR charts and log books
• Carer spot checks and field supervisions
• Conduct carer interviews and support with compliance
• Attend provider meetings and support business opportunities
• Be hands-on with carers and participate in on-call rotations
• Participate in team meetings
