Job summary

Bluebird Care in Woking (GU22) is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to join our supportive team and help set the standard of home care. You will mentor care assistants, manage enquiries from potential customers, and step in to deliver care when required, ensuring our customers receive high-quality, person-centred support.

We value calm, compassionate individuals with strong organisation, IT and admin skills, and a valid UK driving license with access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Proven organisation and scheduling skills.
• Proficient IT and admin skills.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Previous experience within the Care Industry essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing enquiries and winning new business
• Monitoring the performance of care assistants
• Carrying out quality reviews at the customer’s home to ensure service quality
• Creating individually tailored care plans respecting customer wishes and promoting dignity and privacy
• Monitoring MAR charts and acting on findings
• Collaborating with customers, families and care professionals to deliver high-quality homecare
• Hands-on care when required

Responsibilities

• Creating individually tailored care plans that respects the customer’s wishes and promotes their dignity and privacy.
• Monitoring electronic MAR charts and take any actions on findings
• Working effectively with customers, their families and representatives, other social and health care professionals and managers and staff from Bluebird Care to deliver high quality homecare services
• Hands on Care when required

Requirements

• Have a calm, caring nature
• Proven organisation and scheduling skills
• Proficient IT and admin skills and strong attention to detail
• Able to prioritise, multitask, and work well under pressure
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Previous experience within the Care Industry essential
• NVQ level 2 or above in Health and Social care
