Job summary

Bluebird Care Redbridge is seeking an experienced Care Supervisor to join our team across Redbridge, Epping and Harlow. The role focuses on leading care teams, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and compliance with CQC standards.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in health and social care.
• Previous experience as a Care Supervisor, Field Care Supervisor, Senior Care Assistant or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and person-centred care.

The Role

As an experienced Care Supervisor, you'll play a key role in maintaining the high standards our customers expect. You'll work closely with our care teams, customers and office staff to ensure care is delivered safely, compassionately and in line with regulatory requirements.

This is a varied role that combines leadership, quality assurance, customer support and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, mentor and support our Care Assistants to deliver outstanding person-centred care.

Carry out care assessments, customer reviews and spot checks.

Support with the induction, training and ongoing development of care staff.

Assist with care planning and risk assessments.

About You

We're looking for someone who already has supervisory experience within the care sector and is ready to make a positive impact.

You'll have:

A minimum of 3 years' experience working in health and social care.

Previous experience as a Care Supervisor, Field Care Supervisor, Senior Care Assistant or similar leadership role.

A strong understanding of CQC regulations and person-centred care.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong organisational and IT skills.

The confidence to lead, motivate and support a team.

The ability to work independently and prioritise a busy workload.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
