Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Field Care Supervisor in Weymouth to support clients and care teams in the community, visiting clients, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality care while upholding safeguarding and safety standards. The role requires 40 hours per week including on-call duties, a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle, and at least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care at a supervisory level.
• Well-organised, self-motivated approach.

Responsibilities

• Carry out care assessments and regular reviews.
• Monitor the wellbeing and safety of clients.
• Support and develop care staff through guidance and regular supervision.
• Help foster a culture where people feel comfortable raising concerns and sharing ideas.
• Ensure safeguarding practices and safety standards are consistently upheld.
• Take part in the on-call rota, with some weekend working required.

A day in the life of a Field Care Supervisor

As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll be a key point of support for both clients and care staff. You’ll spend time out in the community visiting clients, checking in with your team, and ensuring everyone feels confident, supported, and able to deliver high-quality care.

In This Role, You Will
