Job summary

Agincare in Worcester is seeking a dedicated Field Care Supervisor to support clients and staff in daily activities. Responsibilities include acting as the main point of contact, monitoring health, conducting assessments, and ensuring proper training. Candidates must have at least 12 months of UK work rights, a full driving license, and experience in social care at a supervisory level. The position provides a salary up to £28,000 per annum with benefits including a pension scheme and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• 40 hours per week required, including some weekend work and on‑call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for day‑to‑day support, guidance and information for allocated clients and staff.
• Monitor and check the health and well‑being of clients and staff through face‑to‑face visits, telephone calls and care record monitoring.
• Conduct assessments and reassessments of care needs.
• Safeguard clients and ensure staff receive appropriate training and support.
• Perform any other duties required to support the team and clients.
