A day in the life of a Field Care Supervisor:

As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll be a key point of support for both clients and care staff. You’ll spend time out in the community visiting clients, checking in with your team, and ensuring everyone feels confident, supported, and able to deliver high-quality care.

In this role, you will:

  • Carry out care assessments and regular reviews
  • Monitor the wellbeing and safety of clientsSupport and develop care staff through guidance and regular supervision

  • Ensure safeguarding practices and safety standards are consistently upheld
  • Working days required: Monday, Thursday and Friday
