Job summary

Cera is seeking a Field Care Supervisor in Warrington to lead and support our frontline team. You will supervise carers, develop care plans, and assess client needs, while shadowing workers to monitor care quality in clients’ homes. The role balances field time with administrative duties in the office.

You will build local knowledge, manage risk assessments, and ensure compliance. A proactive, organized approach and IT proficiency are essential for delivering consistent, high-quality in-home

Qualifications

• Experience in the care sector.
• NVQ desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and IT skills.
• Local knowledge of Warrington area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise carers on an ongoing basis.
• Ensure customers' requirements are met.
• Ensure the team are skilled to deliver safe, quality care.
• Complete meet & greet of new packages.
• Carry out care plans and reviews.
• Perform risk assessments.
• Audit MAR charts and log books.
• Conduct carer spot checks and field supervision.
• Interview carers and support compliance.
• Attend provider meetings and support business opportunities.
• Be hands-on with carers.
• Participate in out-of-hours on-call rota.
• Attend team meetings and stay flexible.

Job description

We are looking for a passionate Field Care Supervisor to become an ambassador for Cera and an extension of our family. You'll carry out initial introductions, construct care plans, conduct client assessments, and shadow Care Workers to monitor the provision of care in terms of quality. It will involve 75/95% of time out in the field and 25/5% in the office for administrative tasks.
