Key responsibilities

We offer person centred care packages tailored to suit each individual taking into account what their preferences and needs are, such as:

  • Providing essential personal care to clients in a respectful, dignified manner.
  • Offering emotional support and companionship, building trust and meaningful relationships.
  • Assisting with everyday tasks, including meal preparation and light housekeeping.
  • Supporting with medication reminders and personal hygiene routines.
  • Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for the people you care for.
  • Carry out spot-checks, monthly audits.
  • Carry out field competencies on new staff.
  • Training and induction of new staff members.
  • Care plan and reviews, as well as carrying out new client assessments.
  • Ensure that care is of high standards in the field and liaise with the Care Manager and Registered Manager.
