Job summary

Guardian Angel Carers Wimbledon & Kingston is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to lead care teams, oversee quality, and support Care Angles to deliver exceptional client care. The role includes on-call duties and office-based administration, with training and development opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in care, a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care, and strong communication, planning, and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence and business use insurance.
• Minimum of 2 years' hands-on care experience.
• Minimum of 1 year in a senior care or office-based care role.
• Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care
• Care Certificate
• Experience using care management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning, time management, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support capacity planning and work closely with the Care Coordinator and Registered Manager.
• Investigate and resolve concerns or complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-focused approach.
• Carry out supervisions, competency assessments, observations, and mentoring sessions.
• Support shadowing and induction of new Care Assistants and Support Workers.
• Complete audits and quality assurance checks to maintain our high standards.
• Promote a positive culture where people feel valued, supported, and motivated.
• Be a Team Leader and lead by example, championing our values of compassion, professionalism, reliability, and excellence.

About the Role

This is a varied and rewarding position that combines team development, quality assurance, and office-based administration.

You will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional care while supporting our CareAngels to thrive in their roles.

With this full-time role, you will also participate in our out-of-hours on-call rota and provide care support when required to ensure our clients always receive the highest standard of service.

Your Responsibilities - As our Field Care Supervisor, you will
