Job summary

Visiting Angels East Nottinghamshire is a premium home care provider delivering bespoke, person-centred care to clients. We match clients to carers to promote independence and continuity of care, while supporting and rewarding our carers for their loyalty.

We are looking for a Field Care Supervisor who can lead with compassion, ensure high standards, and train new staff. A car is essential, and sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

  • Must have Field care supervisor experience, minimum of 1 year.

Responsibilities

  • Providing essential personal care to clients in a respectful, dignified manner.
  • Offering emotional support and companionship, building trust and meaningful relationships.
  • Assisting with everyday tasks, including meal preparation and light housekeeping.
  • Supporting with medication reminders and personal hygiene routines.
  • Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for the people you care for.
  • Carry out spot-checks and audits.
  • Training and induction of new staff members.
  • Care plan development and client assessments.
  • Liaising with Care Manager and Registered Manager to ensure high standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Providing essential personal care to clients in a respectful, dignified manner.

  • Care plan and reviews, as well as carrying out new client assessments.
  • Ensure that care is of high standards in the field and liaise with the Care Manager and Registered Manager.
