Job summary

Vincere is seeking a Field Care Supervisor – Domiciliary Care in Wakefield to oversee community care delivery. You’ll complete customer reviews and Care Assistant observations, and perform medication competency checks and compliance audits to ensure safe, person-centred care.

Field Care Supervisor – Domiciliary Care

£13.35 per hour | 22.5 Hours per Week | 3 Days per Week

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong domiciliary or community care experience who is ready to take on more responsibility while remaining closely connected to the people receiving and delivering care.

Working primarily across Wakefield, with occasional travel across Huddersfield and Kirklees, you’ll play an important role in maintaining the quality of care being delivered in the community. From completing customer reviews and Care Assistant observations to medication competency checks and compliance audits, you’ll help ensure consistently safe and person-centred care.

Previous Field Care Supervisor experience would be beneficial, but we’re also open to an experienced Senior Care Assistant or Care Assistant who is ready to progress into

a supervisory role, with training and support provided.
