Job summary

Hadicare, a family-oriented home care provider based in Leeds, is expanding across the UK. We are seeking a Field Care Supervisor to balance office duties with community visits, ensuring high-quality and compliant care.

You will conduct client assessments, develop care plans, supervise staff, and handle on-call duties in collaboration with the Registered Service Manager. A driving license and UK work rights are essential, with NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or a willingness to pursue it.

Qualifications

• Experience in Field Care or Senior Care roles.
• Driving licence and access to a car required.
• Ability to cover on-call duties on a rota.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work toward it.

We're ideally looking for someone with previous Field Care or Carer experience which will provide a head start in your new position.

For this Field Care Supervisor role you must:

• Have previous Field Care or Senior Care experience.
• Have a driving licence and access to a car.
• Be able to cover on-call duties following a rota system.
• Have the Right to Work in the UK.
• Manage on-site observations, appraisals, and supervisions.
• Work closely with care-coordinators to plan shifts.
• Work closely with the Registered Service Manager.
• Training new care staff during induction.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or be happy to work toward this qualification.

This role requires office based work as well as out in the field. For this reason we have a fuel allowance per mile.

You would work alongside staff in the early stages that would support you in your new role, allowing you to settle in and get to know both the staff team and our clients.
