Altogether Care is seeking a Field Care Supervisor in Blandford Forum to join our compassionate team. In this role you will write and update care plans, mentor colleagues, attend care reviews and support the on-call service.

You will provide hands-on care, build strong relationships with clients and families, and ensure safe working practices while using technology to deliver quality care. A full UK driving licence and vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Access To Your Own Vehicle.
• 6 Months Care Experience.

Responsibilities

• Write and update new and existing care plans.
• Coaching and mentoring care colleagues.
• Attending care reviews.
• Supporting the on-call service on a rota basis.
