Altogether Care is hiring a Field Care Supervisor to lead and support our care team. The role involves writing and updating care plans, mentoring colleagues, attending care reviews, and providing hands-on client care.

You will join a compassionate, professional team with predictable hours and supportive management. The position offers full-time hours (40 hours per week) with additional on-call cover when required, a comprehensive induction, ongoing training, and career development opportunities.

As a Field Care Supervisor you will:

• Write and update new and existing care plans
• Coaching and mentoring care colleagues
• Attending care reviews
• Supporting the on-call service on a rota basis
• Providing “hands on” care and support
• Build and maintain positive relationships with our clients, family members, colleagues, and other professionals.
• Utilise technology to deliver quality care.
