Job summary

Care Outlook is recruiting a Field Care Supervisor to develop and oversee home care services in West Wickham. You will implement field-based quality control, support carers, and participate in the on-call rota.

The role requires knowledge of CQC standards, a full driving licence, and prior Field Care Supervisor or Health & Social Care experience. Company offers training, bonus schemes, and vehicle allowance.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care preferred.
• Full Driving Licence and access to a vehicle essential.
• Knowledge of CQC standards and CQC compliance essential.
• Experience as Field Care Supervisor or 2 years in Health & Social Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Spot checking carers in the community, identifying good practice and reporting training concerns to the registered manager.
• Deliver high standards of care.
• Participate in the paid on-call rota.
• Complete care assessments and write Care Plans.
• Build relationships with care staff and service users.
• Assist the registered manager in preparing inspections by local authority and CQC.
• Assist the care coordinator with duties.

Responsible for implementing field based quality control systems and providing support to all Care & Support Workers within a defined area.

Core Duties & Responsibilities as Field Care Supervisor:

• Building relationships with care staff and service users

• Assisting the care coordinator with any duties that may be required
