Job summary

Helping Hands is seeking a Field Care Supervisor (Care and Training Practitioner) to mentor new carers, oversee compliance and support customer care plans across branches. Qualifications

• Experience as a Care Assistant and desire to take the next step in your career.
• A full, clean UK driving licence and access to a roadworthy, insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

As a Care and Training Practitioner with Helping Hands, you'll play a vital role in shaping exceptional care, supporting new carers from their very first interview through to their full onboarding journey. You'll coach, guide and uplift your team while helping the branch maintain quality, compliance and meaningful relationships with customers. It's a role full of purpose, variety and real impact.
