Job summary

Helping Hands is seeking a Care and Training Practitioner (Field Care Supervisor) to coach and guide our care team across branches. You will support onboarding, mentor carers, and ensure high standards of care through visits, reviews and risk assessments.

The role blends customer visits with team leadership and office collaboration, with growth opportunities within our nationwide, award-winning provider. We value a supportive, people-first approach.

As a Care and Training Practitioner with Helping Hands, you'll play a vital role in shaping exceptional care, supporting new carers from their very first interview through to their full onboarding journey. You'll coach, guide and uplift your team while helping the branch maintain quality, compliance and meaningful relationships with customers. It's a role full of purpose, variety and real impact.

What you’ll do

Requirements

• Experience as a Care Assistant and a desire to take the next step in your career.
• A full, clean UK driving licence and access to a roadworthy, insured vehicle.
• Strong communication skills and a supportive, encouraging approach to working with others.
