SeeMeHired is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to oversee field-based quality control and support for Care & Support Workers across a defined area. The role involves assessments, visits, and on-site supervision to ensure high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes.
You will lead inductions, monitor performance, and liaise with care coordinators to allocate staff and maintain service standards. This is a field-heavy, hands-on role in the community.
Responsible for implementing field based quality control systems and providing support to all Care & Support Workers within a defined area.
Are you passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting others to do the same? Do you enjoy building relationships with customers and care staff, carrying out assessments and quality checks, and ensuring care is delivered safely and effectively? Can you confidently manage competing priorities, solve problems in the community and remain calm under pressure? If you're an experienced care professional with strong communication and leadership skills, a good understanding of safeguarding and compliance, and a commitment to outstanding person-centred care, we'd love to hear from you.
Field Care Supervisors are responsible for the efficient running of their own specific, defined areas and should vary their hours of work in order to effectively monitor and support all Care & Support Workers and clients. Field Care Supervisors should spend approximately 95% of their working week in the field with the remaining 5% being spent in the office in order to complete the necessary administrative duties.
As a Field Care Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive safe, high-quality care in their own homes. Supporting and mentoring Care Assistants in the community, you'll build strong relationships, carry out quality visits, and help maintain excellent care standards. This is a rewarding, predominantly community-based role for someone passionate about person-centred care and making a positive difference to both customers and colleagues every day.
