Job summary

Caremark Coventry is seeking warm, compassionate Care Assistants to help people live safely at home in Coventry. You’ll provide one-to-one care in clients’ homes and travel within Coventry to support tailored care plans.

No formal experience required—full training is provided. We recruit on personality and a caring nature; driving licence is preferred. This full-time role offers excellent pay, paid holidays and ongoing training.

About the Role:

As a care assistant in Coventry, you’ll provide personalised, one-to-one care in customers’ homes, respecting their individuality and promoting independence. You’ll travel within Coventry, delivering care and support as agreed between the customer and Caremark Coventry.

You will play a vital role in supporting people who need additional help due to age, illness, disability, or long-term health conditions. The care you provide is equal to what a family member would offer, with the added benefit of full training and quality standards.
