Job summary

Altogether Care is seeking a Field Care Supervisor in Weymouth to join our devoted team. This role is 30 hours per week with on-call cover as needed, offering a permanent contract and a structured induction with ongoing training.

You will lead care plans, mentor colleagues, and ensure high-quality, compassionate support for our clients. You'll work with a family-run team that values wellbeing, milestones, and professional growth, plus benefits including mileage allowance, Blue Light Card

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Access To Your Own Vehicle
• 6 Months Care Experience

Responsibilities

• Write and update new and existing care plans
• Coaching and mentoring care colleagues
• Attending care reviews
• Supporting the on-call service on a rota basis
• Providing "hands on" care and support
• Build and maintain positive relationships with our clients, family members, colleagues, and other professionals.
• Utilise technology to deliver quality care.
• Uphold the principles of Altogether Care's values.
• Ensure the implementation of safe working practices.
