Job summary

Altogether Care is looking for a Field Care Supervisor to join our growing family in Weymouth. The role offers 30 hours per week with additional care cover as required, and a permanent contract.

You will lead care planning, mentor colleagues, attend reviews, and provide hands-on care while building strong client relationships. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required, with at least 6 months care experience.
