Job summary

Carepoint Services Limited is seeking an experienced Field Care Manager to lead an existing team delivering domiciliary care in London and surrounding areas. The role requires coordinating care plans, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality service while adhering to CQC standards.

You will operate within the Lewisham area and maintain strong relationships with Local Authorities, health professionals and service users, driving safety, compassion and reliability across the service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Field Care Supervisor in domiciliary care.
• Strong knowledge of Lewisham local area (SE14/SE4/SE8).
• Familiar with rostering software and ECM.
• Professional and responsive when there are issues and risks reported by staff and health professionals.
• Knowledge of local authority compliance and CQC requirements.
• Champion of service user rights.
• Experience in Mental Capacity Assessments, Care Planning and Risk Assessments.
• Good communication, well organized; proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Able to manage an existing team and share duties and responsibilities.
• Able to take direction from managers and work well under pressure.

We are hiring an experienced Field Care Manager to join our existing team.

Field Care Manager Essential Criteria:

• Previous experience as a Field Care Supervisor for a busy Domiciliary Care Business.
• Local area knowledge across Lewisham (SE14, SE4, SE8).
• Familiar with the use of rostering software and ECM.
• Professional and responsive where there are issues and risks are reported by the staff teams and other health professionals
• Knowledge of local authority compliance and CQC requirements
• Champion of Service user rights
• Experienced in Mental Capacity Assessments, Care Planning and Risk Assessments
• Good communicator, well organised and proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Able to work together and manage an existing team and share duties and responsibilities.
• Able to take direction from managers and work well under pressure.

This role requires a degree of flexibility due to the nature of the contract.

On Call on a rotational basis as agreed by the management team.
