Job summary

Michael Page in Peterborough is seeking a Territory Sales Account Manager to build customer relationships, grow sales in the territory and enjoy uncapped earning potential.

This field-based role will see you spend most of your time visiting customers, supported by an experienced sales team, with monthly meetings at the Aylesbury office.

• Previous sales, customer service or account management experience.
• Confident and professional communication style.
• Strong relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage their own diary and territory effectively.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel throughout postcodes near Peterborough.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an existing customer base across the surrounding Peterborough area.
• Build strong relationships with customers through regular face-to-face visits.
• Identify and win new business opportunities within your territory.
• Promote a broad range of products and solutions to trade customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service and account management.
• Work towards achievable sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
• Monitor local market activity and identify opportunities for growth.
• Attend the Aylesbury office approximately once per month for meetings and training.
• Spend the majority of your time in the field meeting customers and developing business relationships.
