Job summary

Venatu Recruitment Group is seeking a Field Sales Manager in Peterborough. The role focuses on managing existing accounts, generating new business, and building long-term relationships with key customers.

You will visit clients regularly and collaborate with the internal sales team to meet customer needs and deliver outstanding service. The position is predominantly field-based with office attendance on Mondays and Fridays.

Qualifications

• At least two years' proven experience in field sales or account management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially focused with a drive to meet sales targets.
• Full valid UK driving licence with willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Analyse market trends, customer requirements and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Develop and implement targeted sales campaigns to grow accounts and revenue.
• Proactively visit customers to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities.
• Identify and secure new business through prospecting and engagement.
• Engage with key decision-makers across customer organisations and manage the sales process to completion.
• Maintain accurate customer records, forecasts and activity reports.
